Membership of OxGAPS Forum is open to persons living in the City of Oxford, or who have an association with one of the education institutions in the City, including alumni. We particularly welcome as members and at our events visitors or students from the countries of the Gulf and the Arabian Peninsula. Persons with no association with Oxford or any of its education institutions may be allowed to join at the discretion of the committee.
